Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Evaluate, assess, and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Develop and implement therapeutic exercise programs and functional rehabilitation activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas PT license or compact license — must be in hand at time of submittal (pending license accepted)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates residing in the following Texas counties are not eligible: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris
- Previous staff employees must wait 1 year before returning in a travel capacity
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a travel or multi-site therapy setting
- Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
