Job Title
Travel Cath Lab Tech
Location
Aurora, CO | Acute Care
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | Days, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Rotating weekend call | 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with Cath Lab procedures including LHC, RHC, EP ablations, pacers, ICDs, cardioversions, TEEs, and tilt table tests
- Support EP, structural heart, and right heart monitoring procedures within a 4-suite Cath Lab/EP environment
- Operate Philips Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab, and CardioLab equipment in a procedural setting
- Maintain a 3:1 staff-to-patient ratio within an 8-bay holding and 4-suite procedural area
- Document patient care and procedures using Meditech EMR
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including approximately two weekends and 9–12 call days per 6-week period
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of current Cath Lab Tech experience
- BLS certification required
- ARRT (R) certification required
- RCIS or RCES certification required
- Candidates holding RCIS or RCES must be willing and able to apply for registration as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA prior to start date
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ARRT (CI) or (CV) certification preferred
- Scrubbing and monitoring skills and experience
- Prior experience with Meditech EMR
