Travel: Ultrasound Tech – Vascular (Part-Time)

Contract | Part-Time | Travel | Onsite | Days | Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 3x8s (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | 20-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vascular ultrasound studies including venous insufficiency exams, bypass graft evaluations, and carotid studies
- Operate Philips ultrasound equipment in an outpatient vascular surgery clinic setting
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 5–7 patients per day
- Document and maintain accurate patient records using Epic EMR
- Complete mandatory facility education modules, hospital orientation, and Epic training prior to first day on unit
- Adhere to facility dress code, including black scrubs
Required Qualifications
- ARDMS certification required
- Vascular certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of vascular tech experience
- Proficiency in venous insufficiency exams, bypass graft studies, and carotid evaluations
- Expected weekly hours: 20 hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Ability to interpret vascular waveforms
- Experience with EVAR imaging and endoleak assessment
