Registered Nurse – Rehabilitation (Brain Injury Unit)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a busy acute Brain Injury unit during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients with brain injuries
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to support patient recovery and goal achievement
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
- Rotate weekend coverage every third weekend as part of scheduled assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
- Proficiency with Epic EMR is required
- Ability to work night shifts with every third weekend rotation
- Experience in an acute care or rehabilitation nursing setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in brain injury, neurological, or acute rehabilitation nursing
- Familiarity with rehabilitation-focused care models and interdisciplinary team collaboration
- BLS/ACLS certification
