Registered Nurse – NICU

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill and premature neonates in a NICU setting
- Monitor and assess neonatal patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Support and educate families on neonatal care, feeding, and discharge planning
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Kansas RN licensure or multistate compact license eligibility
- Current BLS certification required
- Prior NICU clinical experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Experience with Level II or Level III NICU environments
- Familiarity with ventilator management and advanced neonatal monitoring equipment
