Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in accordance with individualized care plans
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment goals and interventions
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Complete onboarding orientation modules onsite as required at the start of the contract
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas PT license or compact license — license must be in hand at time of submittal; pending license accepted
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Must not reside in the following Texas counties at time of submittal: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris
- Previous employees of the facility must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler
- All requested time off must be disclosed at time of submittal
Preferred Experience / Skills
- First-time travelers are welcome — this unit accepts candidates without prior travel experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills in a clinical setting
