Contract | Travel | Monday – Friday, 8-hour days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) setting
- Evaluate patient functional status and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Document patient progress and treatment notes using facility EMR systems (Protouch / Net Health)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Florida
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term acute care (LTACH) or similar acute care setting
- Familiarity with Protouch and/or Net Health EMR platforms
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary team collaboration skills
