Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies
- Must carry and present a state or federally issued photo ID at the facility at all times and wear a photo badge during all shifts
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the state of New Hampshire
- Ability to commit to a 16-week contract with mid-shift availability
- No more than 2 call-outs permitted; no no-call/no-show incidents for the duration of the assignment
- Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Ability to begin assignment as soon as possible
