Job Title
Respiratory Therapist – Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) | Travel Contract

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services across adult, NICU, and pediatric service lines in a high-acuity hospital setting
- Operate and manage ventilators and respiratory equipment including GE R860 adult vents, Draeger infant/pediatric vents, Newport HT70 transport vent, V60 non-invasive devices, and high-flow oxygen devices (Vapotherm, Comfort Flow)
- Document patient care and clinical data using Cerner EMR
- Float to all critical care units and general floors as needed
- Participate in a rotating weekend schedule, with at least 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
- Maintain RRT certification, BLS, ACLS, and PALS compliance throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential — CRTs will not be considered
- Active North Carolina Respiratory Therapy License
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Experience in NICU or pediatric respiratory care settings
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR
