Contract (17 Weeks) | Nights | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical staff
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized resident care plans
• Maintain valid state LPN/LVN licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of New Mexico
• Completion of original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival at the facility
• Must wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with night shift workflows and overnight patient monitoring protocols
