Travel LPN – Medical/Telemetry

Contract | Travel | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | Projected Start: May 25, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Telemetry unit in an acute care setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with the plan of care and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and telemetry readings, reporting changes to the supervising RN or provider
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe and effective patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license valid in the state of North Carolina (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a Medical/Surgical or Telemetry setting
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry environment
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Strong adaptability and ability to quickly acclimate to new facility workflows and EMR systems
