Contract (9 Weeks) | Mid Shift | Onsite | Every Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire LNA license or Temporary LNA designation required
- Must be available to work every weekend as part of the scheduled assignment
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
- Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer
- Additional vaccine doses may be required where mandated by law
- ASAP start availability required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Strong attendance record and demonstrated reliability in previous assignments
