Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Contract (6 Weeks) | Mid Shift | Onsite | Every other weekend required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies
- Carry and present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at all times while on assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in Vermont
- Must be a local candidate — locals only eligible for this assignment
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or be able to present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer
- Additional vaccine doses must be obtained where required by law
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Familiarity with mid-shift workflows and routines in a residential care environment
