Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility
- Lead and support an established, multidisciplinary rehab team including PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and OTA staff
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in alignment with facility and regulatory standards
- Monitor department performance, productivity, and compliance with applicable guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Active clinical license in Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), or related discipline (PTA or OTA)
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation leadership or director-level role
- Strong knowledge of skilled nursing facility operations and rehab program management
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience managing multidisciplinary rehab teams across PT, OT, and SLP disciplines
- Familiarity with company-owned skilled nursing facility environments
- Background in southern Maine or comparable regional healthcare markets
