Job Title
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Permanent

Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday with Weekend Rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients across a variety of diagnoses including CVAs, cardiac conditions, hip fractures, hip and knee replacements, and post-acute deconditioning
- Provide speech-language pathology services to skilled nursing and long-term care residents experiencing general decline
- Deliver rehabilitation services within a skilled nursing and memory care environment
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in a weekend rotation as part of the standard schedule
Required Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Tennessee or eligibility to obtain
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or required
- Ability to treat a broad range of diagnoses in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation setting
- Experience treating CVA, cardiac, and orthopedic patient populations
- Familiarity with memory care patient populations
