Management Registry, Inc. has multiple roles open for skilled LPNs in Virginia. You will provide outstanding patient care and physical support for patients and residents daily.
The LPN shall:
- Deliver appropriate age-specific individual care for assigned group of individuals.
- Provide focused nursing assessments per facility policy and in accordance with the Scope of Practice for Licensed Practical Nurses in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Collect and report data for the development of individuals’ plan of care to the Registered Nurse and the treatment team.
- Provide educational materials and information to individuals and families.
- Assist the Registered Nurse with the management of the unit milieu.
- Assist the Registered Nurse with supervision of nursing assistants and individual care assistants.
- Be familiar with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE).
LPN Requirements:
- Virginia State License.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to think and work independently and with direction and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
