• Unit CNA Float Pool- will float to any floor where they have a need

• Floating Info Will mostly be floating between 5West, 5East & 6East (All Med Surg floors). Occasionally will float to other departments and if that happens they will only be helping hands, no patient assignment.

• Certs/Requirements BLS,

• Must have CNA acute care experience, NH or LTC experience does not count

• Ratios 1:6-1:10

• EMR Meditech

• Common Duties/Sitter expectations: Vital Signs, I/O’s, Blood Sugars, passing meal trays, feeding, turning, hourly rounding, bedside shift report, sitting duties, ADL’s, bathing, changing the liens & more
