Traveler friendly hospital in Kentucky is in need of experienced Tele/PCU RNs for 13 week assignments.

2+ years of experience and AHA ACLS, BLS required.

Tele/PCU – Cardiac Tele

Beds 28 beds.

Ratios 1 to 5 or 6.

Certifications BLS & ACLS are required.

Telemetry yes, centralized monitor station, nurses need to know rhythms.

Vent BiPAP & CPAP.

All cardiac patients. All patients on tele monitors. Post CABG patients (perm staff will manage).

Cardiac drips w/ titration include Cardizem, angiomax, integrilin, nitro/tridil, amiodarone.

No cardioversions on this unit.

External pacers.
