ICU RN- Intensive Care Unit, Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate patients’ conditions and assess their needs
• Administer treatments
• Identify changes in a patient’s condition and react accordingly
• Maintain patient records
• Complete paperwork necessary for patient transfer out of the intensive care unit
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to assess individualized care plans for each patient
• Create a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families

Qualifications:

• Active RN License
• Experience in a critical care unit
• Understanding of health information technology and structures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Availability to work 12-hour shifts
• Must have 2 years of recent Acute Care—must be willing to float
