Management Registry, Inc is looking for skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a part of our compassionate care-giving team! We are searching for dedicated, compassionate and energetic individuals to be a vital link between our patients, Physicians and other facility staff.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Highlights:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties:

• Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care
• Develop care plans for patients, helping them be as independent as possible
• Administer and monitor treatment regimens
• Administer prescribed medications, making constant adjustments commensurate with a patient’s condition under the supervision of qualified medical staff
• Observe and report behavioral changes
• Maintain control of drugs and medications
• Other duties as assigned

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• License in good standing in the state of Virginia 
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Must have one years practical experience
• Current Physical, MMR or MMR Titer and TB test
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and a national background check
• Basic Life Support (AHA) required
• Other qualifications may be required
